Children's Paint Out

Saturday, May 17^th 10am to 12 noon

All children received an award for their participation. The Paint Out Competition was a plein air painting competition for children ages 12 and Under and was open to any child who wished to participate. There was no registration fee for children.

Boundaries

The geographic boundaries for the children's Paint Out event will be at the north end of Willow Park and will be physically designated on the day of the event.

Young Artists Paint

Before the event began, the Paint Out artists chose a location within the designated boundary. An adult was required to accompany young artists choosing a location outside the designated boundary. At 10:00am, the artists began to create en plein air!

Exhibit

From 12:30pm until 3:00pm the children's artwork was displayed during the course of the afternoon for all who wished to preview these wonderful creations.

Awards

All children will receive an award for their participation. Howver, their were two outstanding participants:

1^st Place Winner ($100) won by Mya Markley of Camp Hill, PA
2^nd Place Winner ($50) won by Anna Ruth Kadar-Kallen of Harrisburg, PA
