Come out and enjoy Live Music, Food and Drink to help celebrate the 5^th Annual Plein Air Arts Festival hosted by the Economic and Cultural Development Group (ECDG) of Camp Hill, PA. If you are new to this centuries old tradition, Plein Air is a French phrase "en plein air", it literally means 'in the open air'. And while painting out in the open air is a familiar concept today, in the late 1800's when the Impressionists ventured out of their studios into nature to investigate and capture the effects of sunlight during different times of day on a subject, it was quite a revolutionary idea.
